Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

RENT DISCLAIMER
Pricing valid for new residents only. Square footages displayed are approximate and may vary slightly. Rental rates, availability, lease terms, deposits, apartment features and specials are subject to change without notice. Discounts and other credits not already included in the price displayed will be calculated upon lease execution. Minimum lease terms and occupancy guidelines may apply. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be disclosed per governing laws and company policies. Rent based on 12 month term unless otherwise indicated.
ONLINE APPLICATIONS, CONSENTS, LEASES, PAYMENTS AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS
The DSLP Properties Websites may provide you with the option to electronically enter into agreements with us, such as certain transactions related to your proposed or actual rental of an apartment, including but not limited to an application to lease an apartment, certain consents related thereto, a lease agreement for an apartment, a renewal of a lease agreement, and/or payments related to your application for or lease of an apartment. The DSLP Properties Websites may also allow you to apply for employment with us. Your use of the DSLP Properties Websites to make applications and enter into such transactions with us is completely voluntary. However, if you make an application, or enter into any such transaction via the DSLP Properties Websites or through any link on the DSLP Properties Websites, you consent to doing so by electronic form, and to providing an electronic signature (which is any electronic action acknowledging agreement) in the form specified on the DSLP Properties Websites, rather than a handwritten signature. In addition you understand and acknowledge that all consents, applications and transactions that you enter into via the DSLP Properties Websites will be legally binding on you, just as if they were done on paper, and that your electronic acceptance in the form specified on the DSLP Properties Websites will be binding as though you had physically signed a paper document by hand.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the DSLP Properties Website, you warrant to DSLP Properties that you will not use the DSLP Properties Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the DSLP Properties Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the DSLP Properties Website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the DSLP Properties Website. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:
Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
DSLP Properties has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, DSLP Properties reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. DSLP Properties reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
DSLP Properties reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at DSLP Properties’s sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. DSLP Properties does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, DSLP Properties specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized DSLP Properties spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of DSLP Properties.
Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination.
You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.
If you use one or more of the Communication Services to communicate with a third-party about sharing an apartment (i.e., roommates), understand that you are communicating with a person unaffiliated with DSLP Properties. As such, please read the following disclaimer carefully before you begin using such Communication Services for this purpose.

GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Virginia, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the DSLP Properties Website. Use of the DSLP Properties Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DSLP Properties as a result of this agreement or use of the DSLP Properties Website. DSLP Properties’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of DSLP Properties’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the DSLP Properties Website or information provided to or gathered by DSLP Properties with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.
